ApiPosture is a security analysis and infrastructure monitoring platform designed to assist developers in identifying potential configuration or security issues in APIs and related systems. The Service provides automated analysis tools and related reporting features.

3. Authorized Use

You may only use ApiPosture to analyze systems, APIs, and infrastructure that you own or have explicit authorization to test.

You agree not to:

4. Accounts and Security

ApiPosture provides automated security analysis tools intended to assist developers. The Service does not guarantee that all vulnerabilities or security issues will be identified.

Security results are provided for informational purposes only and should not be relied upon as a complete security assessment.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ScalarRatio LLC’s total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Service shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the Service during the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages, including but not limited to data loss, service interruptions, or security incidents.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis. ScalarRatio LLC disclaims all warranties, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the Service at our discretion if you violate these Terms or misuse the platform.

9. International Use & Export Control

You represent that you are not located in a country subject to a U.S. Government embargo and that your use of the Service complies with applicable export control laws.

10. Binding Arbitration

PLEASE READ CAREFULLY: Except where prohibited by law (including the EU), disputes arising from these Terms will be resolved through binding arbitration rather than in court.

11. Class Action Waiver

You agree that any disputes will be resolved individually and not as part of a class action or representative proceeding.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
